Bringing AOA to life has taken us through many terrains. Each of us carrying our own experiences, while also learning how to move together. There have been joys and challenges, growth and loss, and much that has asked us to listen, adapt, and deepen. It is this lived experience, both individual and shared, that informs the depth and care we bring to AOA.
